Natural Language Processing (NLP): By leveraging Dialogflow, KAWAN can interpret user questions and map them to the appropriate intents. This technology enables KAWAN to understand and respond to various user inputs, including text and simple commands, with high accuracy.
Fallback Mechanism:
KAWAN utilizes Gemini.ai to handle questions that do not match the predefined intents in Dialogflow. If necessary, complex questions can be redirected to human agents to ensure all user inquiries are satisfactorily answered.Integration of Essential Features:
KAWAN provides information on statistical data requests, service-related questions, job opportunities at BPS, and allows users to download statistical reports or related data files directly through WhatsApp. Data Recording and User Feedback:
All user interactions with KAWAN are recorded in Google Spreadsheet for future reference and analysis. Users can also provide feedback on KAWAN’s responses and functionality, which is used for continuous improvement. Accessibility and Efficiency:
KAWAN offers easy and quick access to statistical information, helping to reduce waiting times and increase the operational efficiency of BPS Kabupaten Sanggau.
