Interview Selection for Statistical Partners Recruitment in Kapuas District

Sanggau, November 19, 2024 – The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Sanggau Regency conducted interview selection for the recruitment of Statistical Partners across six urban villages in Kapuas District. This selection process aims to ensure that the chosen candidates possess the necessary skills to support upcoming census and survey activities.

The interviews involved candidates divided into two main categories: data collection partners and data processing partners. During this phase, the evaluation focused on communication skills, understanding of statistical tasks, and the candidates' readiness to carry out their responsibilities as Statistical Partners.

The selection process ran smoothly, with candidates receiving detailed explanations about the roles and responsibilities they will undertake. It is hoped that this recruitment will produce qualified partners who are prepared to contribute to collecting accurate data essential for regional development.
