Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Publication of Sanggau Regency in Figures (DDA) 2024

Monday to Tuesday (12 – 13 February 2024). In order to discuss the 2024 Sanggau Regency publication data in Figures (DDA), the Sanggau Regency Central Statistics Agency carried out a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activity which was attended by 31 agencies from regional apparatus organizations (OPD) and state/regional-owned enterprises in Sanggau Regency. This FGD activity aims to finalize data and review data that will be available and published in the digital book Sanggau Regency in Figures 2024. The data discussed is sectoral data such as population, number of civil servants in the Sanggau Regency area, number of plantations , animal husbandry, geographical conditions as well as social and economic development and others in Sanggau Regency and accompanied by a facilitator who is an employee of BPS Sanggau Regency.

Apart from that, this FGD activity was also accompanied by guidance on sectoral statistics for regional apparatus organizations (OPD). Head of Sanggau Regency BPS, Murohman, gave a speech about the importance of statistics in planning policy making, data utilization and presentation of the results of the Sectoral Statistical Development Evaluation (EPSS) in 2023. Head of the Statistics and Coding Division of the Sanggau Regency Communication and Informatics Service (DISKOMINFO) also gave a speech related to the Information Data System (SDI) portal and the Regent's Decree regarding the Sanggau Regency Data forum.
