KAWAN Chatbot is here to make it easier for the public to access various necessary statistical information. Using the latest technologies such as WhatsApp Web JS, Dialogflow, and Gemini.ai, KAWAN can answer various questions related to statistical data, service hours, and other general information with high accuracy and quick responses.
KAWAN initiates interaction immediately upon receiving a message on WhatsApp. Users can ask questions related to statistical data, service hours, and other general information, and receive instant answers.
By leveraging Dialogflow, KAWAN can interpret user questions and map them to appropriate intents. This technology allows KAWAN to understand and respond to various user inputs, including text and simple commands, with high accuracy.
Integrating Gemini.ai to handle questions that do not match the predefined intents in Dialogflow. If a question cannot be answered by the chatbot, it will be escalated to a human agent to ensure the user receives a satisfactory response.
Records all user interactions in Google Spreadsheet for future reference and analysis. This ensures that all data and interactions can be accessed and analyzed to improve services in the future.
