Sanggau Regency thrives on agriculture, with food crops dominating the sector. According to the 2023 Agricultural Census, Jangkang and Bonti stand out with the highest activity. Horticulture is also emerging, with Kapuas and Kembayan showing significant potential. However, plantations remain underdeveloped, highlighting the need for diversification to ensure sustainable economic growth.
